The Coniston Octagonal Conservatory
Enjoying
the best of both worlds - indoors and out - a conservatory
is remarkably versatile. Its unique blend of glamour
and practicality making it adaptable to almost any use
imaginable.
The Coniston Octagonal conservatory
follows the traditional look of many of the glasshouses
fashionable since the Victorian era and is popular for
its classic style, making it suitable for properties
of any size, shape and age.
Set against the south west facing side
of an old farmhouse, this fine example of a Coniston
Octagonal provides a bay extension projecting into the
depths of the garden.
Fitted with County Georgian Romanesque
windows the conservatory has been painted in Stephanotis
Cream to blend subtly into the masonry of the base wall
and existing paved area.
An extension to the cottage's main
living room, the conservatory is nestled into the well
stocked garden, creating an ideal room for all seasons.
A Pretty cottage provides the setting
for the Coniston Octagonal conservatory painted in distinctive
Nigella Blue from our unique Botanical paint range.
Gentle Romanesque arches and ornate
ridge cresting and finial echo some of the earliest
designs of conservatories, resulting in a decorative
yet functional room which sensitively transforms both
the house and the garden.
Side hung windows and double doors,
all with solid brass fittings, open onto the patio and
the open fields beyond.
